Build relationships with prospective residents and their families, as well as professional referral sources
Lead all phases of the sales and marketing process to ensure budgeted occupancy and revenue growth
Generate leads through market planning and community-based events
Play a key role in the community’s leadership team
Qualification
Required
A minimum of two years of sales and marketing leadership experience in the senior care industry
Proven track record of event planning, referral source development, and successful sales process
Engaging verbal and written communication style
Proficient computer skills, experience with CRM systems
