Wintergreen Hospitality is seeking a high performing, results-driven Area Director of Sales to manage all sales aspects for their dual brand Hilton properties in Smithfield, NC. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, building relationships with clients, and monitoring sales performance to ensure revenue growth and market dominance.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base, increase revenue, and establish dominant market share position for both hotels

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Identify and cultivate new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as front office teams, to ensure alignment in sales strategies and opportunities

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership
