Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for potential clients, handling inbound calls, emails, and referrals with urgency and care
Conduct detailed intake interviews to assess case viability, ensuring all relevant facts and documents are gathered
Clearly explain the firm’s services and set expectations for the client experience
Utilize persuasive communication and sales techniques to convert leads into signed clients
Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified cases
Maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management systems (Abacus Law, Filevine)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in personal injury intake or case management (required)
Proven track record in sales or client conversion, ideally within a legal or service-oriented environment
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients empathetically and persuasively
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Abacus Law and Filevine software is a plus
