Responsibilities

Act as the Founder’s right hand, managing schedules, priorities, and follow-ups

Lead internal check-ins, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met

Support and translate communication between German- and English-speaking staff

Onboard new team members and maintain clarity on roles, tools, and expectations

Oversee daily workflows across design, development, and marketing

Improve internal processes and documentation (SOPs, templates, project trackers)

Coordinate client onboarding, handovers, and proposal processes

Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and communication protocols are consistently met

Support the agency’s marketing funnel — leads, conversions, follow-ups, and reporting

Assist with social media updates, case studies, and portfolio materials

Prepare meeting notes, client updates, and marketing collateral

Help translate and localize German marketing materials for the English-speaking team

Review design deliverables to ensure alignment with brand and quality standards

Provide creative feedback and direction when needed

Collaborate with designers to maintain consistent storytelling and presentation quality
