Responsibilities

Oversee the distribution operations of a warehouse, helping ensure that goods arrive at their destination on time and undamaged

Implementing distribution policies, conducting routine inspections, delegating tasks to staff, and overseeing shipment tracking

Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation

Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures

Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders

Prepare accurate reports for upper management

Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments

Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity

Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders

Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues

Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers, and responding to customer queries

Regular and punctual attendance, consistently adhere to the assigned work schedule

Comply with all company and safety requirements, policies, and procedures

Other duties as assigned

Required

3+ years of experience in logistics management

English proficiency

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to speak and write in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software

Good management and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving skills

License to operate a forklift

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, logistics or related field

Spanish proficiency
