Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle executive search assignments from intake through placement
Partner closely with clients to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and compensation frameworks
Identify, engage, and assess senior-level talent through targeted research and outreach
Conduct in-depth screening and evaluation interviews
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategy, market intelligence, and talent trends
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Deliver a best-in-class, discreet, and highly professional search experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in executive search (at least 5-7 years), with a background and experience in finance and alternative asset management required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
High attention to detail with a relentless, results-driven work ethic
Client-first mindset with a commitment to service and responsiveness
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree required
Must be able to work East Coast hours, Monday–Friday
