Founder Personal Brand Architect & Media Operator
GLP Marketing is building a founder-led media brand designed to operate at the level of top-tier entrepreneurs. The role focuses on turning the founder into a respected and trusted brand while managing media execution, authority-building content, and perception strategy.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary operator behind the founder’s personal media brand
Shadow the CEO during key moments (office, meetings, workouts, travel, downtime)
Capture raw reality and translate it into high-signal content
Decide what moments matter — and which don’t
Produce and oversee short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Produce and oversee founder POV content (LinkedIn, X)
Produce and oversee visual storytelling (Instagram, Stories, lifestyle shots)
Shape how the market feels about the founder
Protect the founder’s positioning
Ensure messaging stays: Confident, not loud; Aspirational, not try-hard; Educational, not generic
Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
Engage thoughtfully — not spammy
Build a real audience of founders, operators, and buyers
Turn attention into DMs, Inbound leads, Reputation
Qualification
Required
Based in Miami, FL
Comfortable working closely with a CEO in real-life environments
Strong eye for visual composition
Strong eye for tone
Strong eye for narrative
Can shoot and edit quickly (iPhone + Cap Cut/Premiere is fine)
High discretion, emotional intelligence, and maturity
Preferred
Obsessed with founder-led brands
Studies people like Hormozi, Ghadzi, Martell, MrBeast (for systems), etc
Understands why something looks cool — not just that it does
Thinks like a strategist but executes like a creator
Can sit quietly in a room, observe, and extract signal
Has taste
Has restraint
Has judgment
