Responsibilities

Operate mixers, reactors, dryers, jet mills, sieves, and packaging systems according to SOPs
Monitor equipment performance and notify leadership of abnormalities or required adjustments
Assist with equipment cleaning, changeovers, and basic maintenance tasks
Accurately weigh, stage raw materials and powders
Transfer materials between production steps using approved handling methods
Package, label, and seal electrolyte powder following quality and safety requirements
Complete batch records, log sheets, and digital entries with full accuracy
Perform in-process checks as trained
Communicate any deviations, material issues, or safety concerns immediately
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical-handling protocols
Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and throughput

Qualification

Chemical manufacturing experiencePowder production experienceSOP understandingBasic computer skillsTeam collaboration

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working with powders, chemicals, and glovebox or controlled-atmosphere operations
Ability to understand SOPs, follow instructions, and maintain accurate records
Basic computer skills (training provided on internal systems)
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional & team-oriented environment
Available to work a 7:00am to 3:30pm shift (Monday through Friday)
Ability to lift 50lbs daily
Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary including, but not limited to eye protection, hair net, gloves, face mask, coveralls, full-face respirator or PAPR

Preferred

Previous experience in chemical manufacturing, powder production, or similar environments
