Ecommerce Manager

Confidential is a company that manufactures hard home goods and has a division that makes DIY jewelry/kits. They are seeking an Ecommerce Manager responsible for leading and managing the ecommerce business, requiring extensive experience with Amazon and other major retail platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Amazon and other ecommerce operational strategies to achieve the designated sales and business goals
Prepare and implement operations plans based on ecommerce operational strategies
Plan cost-effective operations and market development actions
Supervise the work of ecommerce staff by providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance (keep in mind this is a hands-on job, where you will be performing several of the tasks yourself)
E-commerce set-ups and onboarding for retail accounts
Daily order entry and maintenance of e-commerce websites (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kohl’s. etc.)
Manage the new items onto Amazon and other websites including sometimes writing the product descriptions
Inventory management; loading proper inventory levels onto customers’ web portals
Communicate with our e-commerce partners involving customer's product questions and order status
Analyze problematic situations and occurrences, communicate them internally and resolve
Ability to take an existing ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) with a lot of reviews that has been out of stock for a while and build back demand

Required

5-7 years of previous working experience handling Amazon and other major retailer's portals
Must be very strong with Amazon 3P and 1P and have managed a TikTok shop
Experience and familiarity with sponsored products, Cost Per Click and know how to manage both vendor central and seller central profitably
College degree in business administration or relevant field
3-5 years of ecommerce experience with soft home goods products
Hands on experience in developing strategic ecommerce business plans
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience with Competition Pricing - how to analyze an ASIN across multiple channels to ensure our products don't get suppressed on Amazon if another channel drops price
Strong analytical skills, ecommerce sales driver and a problem solver
Must reside in the Philadelphia metro area and be able to go to the Media office a minimum of 3 days a week
