10+ years expeSystems, Inc. is a fast-growing Systems Integrator based in Princeton, New Jersey, seeking a Lead Data/Systems Analyst to support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to determine requirements for system enhancements, leveraging strong Medicaid systems knowledge and technical expertise in data management.

Responsibilities
Support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS)
Provide deep business and technical knowledge of CRMS and its data
Work closely with the business teams, MES Technical teams, and managed care plans to determine requirements for CRMS system enhancements
Provide technical solutions, ETL development, solution design, creating logical and physical data models
Be heavily involved in Data interfaces between different MES modules and external trading partners such as Managed Care Plans
Possess prior technical experience as a developer and experience working with an Agile board to assign and track team assignments

Medicaid Systems Experience
Minimum Relevant Technical Experience: 10 Years
Customer Service Experience (Minimum): 15 Years
Exp with Systems Analysis: 10 Years
Knowledge of Medicaid System Components and Business Rules: 10 Years
Requirements Gathering: 10 Years
Exp with Software Development: 5 Years
Exp with Database Design: 5 Years
Exp with ETL Tools: 5 Years
Exp with Designing Solutions based on Requirements: 5 Years
SQL, PLSQL: 10 Years
Assigning Work to Technical Team and Tracking: 5 Years
Use of Agile Board: 5 Years
Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline Concepts: 3 Years
MongoDB: 5 Years
Oracle DB: 5 Years
Interfaces and Extracts: 5 Years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: 15 Years
Excellent customer service skills: 15 Years

Prior experience with Azure DevOps
