Qualification
Required
Experience in tax preparation, compliance, and knowledge of financial regulations
Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and financial forecasting
Expertise in accounting software and tools, including spreadsheets and financial systems
Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting
Exceptional organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or working toward the designation is preferred, but not absolute
Experience working with small businesses or providing consulting services is a plus
