New Grad, Entry LevelWard and Smith, P.A. is a growing full-service law firm with multiple offices throughout the Carolinas. They are seeking a Trusts and Estates Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals in their practice group.
Consulting
Responsibilities
Supporting attorneys and paralegals in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group by creating, proofing, editing, revising, and printing correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents
Conferring with clients as directed
Meeting with clients for execution of estate planning documents
Assisting with estate projects from inception to completion
Qualification
Required
Multi-task oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong grammar and punctuation skills
Must be a notary or have the ability to obtain same
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
College level courses
Prior experience as an administrative assistant
