Responsibilities
Own and manage the preboarding experience from offer acceptance through start date
Guide candidates through the real estate licensing process by providing accurate, timely, and state-specific information
Support a high-volume candidate pipeline while maintaining clear organization, follow-through, and responsiveness
Monitor candidate engagement and preparedness throughout preboarding, including completion of required steps and learning activities
Identify and escalate potential readiness concerns related to commitment, communication, or alignment
Maintain consistent, two-way communication with General Managers regarding candidate status and progress
Accurately document candidate activity, notes, and assessments within Lever and HR systems
Partner closely with Learning & Development, Recruiting, and HR to refine preboarding processes and standards
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all preboarding activities
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR operations, interviewing, learning & development, or a related candidate- or customer-facing role
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain expectations, processes, and next steps clearly
High attention to detail and strong follow-through in a fast-moving environment
Comfort managing a large pipeline with multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to observe behavioral signals and identify potential risks early
Tech-savvy and comfortable working within Lever, Cornerstone LMS, and workflow tracking tools
Professional judgment, discretion, and consistency in decision-making
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
High School Diploma or equivalent
