Prepares deed sketches

Performs daily processing of survey field crew data

Prepares maps as directed by and RPLS

Prepares metes and bounds descriptions

General understanding of survey drawings

General understanding of survey data and topo points

Make corrections to the drawings as requested by the senior staff

Qualification

AutoCADCAD draftingSurvey data analysisTechnical drawingCommunication skills

Required

High School Degree

2-5 years of CAD drafting experience

2 to 5 years experience utilizing AutoCAD

Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models

The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing

The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations)

Efficient use of time and resources to provide quality design solutions and accurate project data

General understanding of survey drawings

General understanding of survey data and topo points
