Responsibilities
Recommend new processes, procedures, and technology to increase productivity and efficiency
Document high level design and procedures
Analyze and develop functional specifications for the design of new Omnichannel platform solutions or modifications
Configure, administer and deploy mission critical Omnichannel solutions, such as virtual call centers, chatbots, chat and other integrations
Provide technical guidance and solutions to technical problems
Qualification
Required
5 years of hands-on technical experience servicing an Enterprise environment, in the specific area of Cloud Services
Preferred
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certification
