This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of assigned clinic site(s), ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality patient experiences while collaborating with operational leadership.

Lead clinic operations and staff management, including scheduling, performance coaching, and workflow optimization
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission) and organizational policies
Monitor and improve patient experience and satisfaction
Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
Conduct audits, reporting, and implement corrective actions as needed
Qualification
Required
Current valid Texas nursing license (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred
One (1) year of clinical experience (inpatient/outpatient)
Two (2) years of management experience in a clinic or outpatient environment
Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR)
Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
