Responsibilities
Safely handle, transport, and process materials using equipment such as overhead cranes, fork trucks, and other mobile devices
Operate equipment crucial to the production process, supporting various operational areas
Utilize a range of specialized equipment to create high-quality materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area through daily housekeeping
Embrace flexibility by undertaking assigned tasks to contribute to the team's success
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Capable of walking, climbing, lifting, pushing, and pulling as required
Comfortable working in a challenging industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold conditions
Preferred
Strong communication skills, with the ability to read and understand work instructions
Basic computer proficiency and aptitude for math calculations
Prior experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment is advantageous
Familiarity with metal processing techniques is a plus
Ability to read and understand production travelers, work instructions and operating procedures
