The Facility Resource Coordinator will oversee the coordination of warehouse supplies, vehicles, and facility requirements to contribute to Vitalant’s life-saving mission.

Responsibilities

Manage warehouse inventory levels, including reordering and stocking

Manage procurement, requisitioning, inspection and quality control of materials and supplies

Performs the loading and unloading of supplies and products and the use of mechanical equipment such as a forklift

Keep facility vehicles in optimal condition by conducting evaluations, scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensuring annual inspections within DOT compliance, maintaining accurate records

Deliveries to Carson City and Sparks Donor Centers Weekly

Required

High School diploma or GED required

Valid in-state driver's license

Six months of customer service and inventory experience required

Able to lift 40lbs
