Responsibilities

Provides leadership for CWU's Ronald E. McNair Post Baccalaureate Achievement Program

Plans, implements, and evaluates the program designed to increase the number of participants in accordance with the goals, objectives and compliance requirements from the Department of Education

Responsible for implementing the federally funded project in alignment with approved objectives and Department of Education requirements

Manages core program functions, including staffing oversight, marketing and recruitment, annual programming, and participant advising to ensure required and permissible services are delivered to eligible students

Manages McNair's fiscal functions and program data systems and prepares documentation and outcome data for inclusion in the annual budget and the Annual Performance Report (APR)

Working under the DHC Director's oversight as Principal Investigator, ensures that all materials are accurate, complete, and ready for final review and approval before submission

Required

Leadership experience in higher education or related field

Experience with program planning, implementation, and evaluation

Knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements related to educational programs

Ability to provide participant advising and support services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations

Experience in preparing documentation and reports for funding agencies
