Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic
Schedule meetings, hearings, and court appearances; manage attorney calendars
Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties professionally and promptly
Perform legal research and assist with case preparation as needed
Handle billing, time entry, and expense tracking
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and legal procedures
Qualification
Required
Legal Secretary: 2+ years in a legal administrative role
Legal Assistant: 2+ years supporting attorneys or legal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of legal terminology and processes
