Receptionist / Scheduler (Bilingual)
First Coast Home Pros is a fast-growing company that provides specialized home services. They are seeking a full-time bilingual front desk receptionist/scheduler to manage front desk operations, answer phone calls, and provide customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet, check-in and direct visitors
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls; take messages; handle general inquiries
Book, confirm and manage appointments for staff and clients
Answer customer questions and handle issues as they arise
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, data entry, filing and photocopying
Maintain cleanliness of front desk area
Qualification
Required
Bilingual - We are specifically seeking someone who can speak, read and write in English and Spanish
Must have a positive attitude and take pride in a job well done
Able to sit for extended periods of time, view computer screens for extended periods of time and make repetitive motions
Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, multitasking, organization, attention to detail, customer service and computer proficiency
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Clean Background: We perform background checks and drug testing for all employees
