GoTo Foods is seeking a Business Performance Insights Manager to lead the development of automated reporting and dashboards across its seven brands. The role involves designing and governing solutions on Microsoft’s Power Platform to transform data into actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build advanced tools and automated solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to create scalable, automated reporting ecosystems

Develop project plans and timelines for building integrated data platforms and visualization dashboards

Identify and mitigate risks related to data integration and automation to ensure successful delivery

Merge and structure multiple data sets using PowerQuery and other ETL techniques to enable robust analytics

Gather business requirements and translate them into automated workflows and dynamic reporting solutions

Design and implement tracking mechanisms for operational improvements, leveraging automation to reduce manual effort

Drive data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports

Build and optimize reporting processes through automation, ensuring seamless data refresh and distribution across the organization

Develop visualizations and self-service reporting tools that empower stakeholders with real-time insights

Monitor and continuously improve automated reporting platforms to enhance efficiency and scalability

Partner with Enterprise and brand operations teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored automated solutions

Maintain open communication to share best practices in automation and data visualization

Ensure all initiatives align with organizational strategy and support a culture of data-driven decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field

5+ years of experience

Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field

Deep proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, PowerQuery, & Excel

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis software (e.g., SQL, R, Python)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred

Experience in the food industry

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification

Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate

Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate
