In this role, you will provide administrative and project support for real estate transactions from site identification through entitlements, due diligence, closing, new store openings, and current store needs.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing real estate transactions and development processes

Prepare Offer Information Packets for the legal department

Create presentations and agendas for weekly meetings

Maintain long-range real estate plans and department spreadsheets

Order title and zoning reports for each site

Process check requests and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks

Assist with Guest services requests

Qualification

Real estate transactionsMicrosoft OfficeSAPOnBaseOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsTime management skills

Required

2+ years of administrative experience in the real estate field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

Preferred

knowledge of SAP and OnBase

Understanding of real estate transactions, title work, and contracts
