Research the market for innovation and creative ideas related to product, trim, and construction
Collaborate with the Concept Design team to prepare for seasonal kick-off based on inspiration received
Lead seasonal design presentations and create inspiration XD boards for design leadership
Determine development direction for fabrication, components, trims, and branding techniques
Attend fittings and coordinate with the technical team on garment fits and adjustments
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective time management and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Flex PLM, and Microsoft Office
