Tandem Foods is seeking a Business Manager who will work closely with various departments including Sales, R&D, and Operations. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and supporting sales efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients as well as internal stakeholders, ensuring that all deliverables are within scope and budget

Filter inbound customer information

Leads weekly tactical meetings with customers

Assist in the preparation and presentation of quarterly business reviews and project scope proposals

Manage cross functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver customer projects and process improvements

Provides customer service support to Directors of Business Management and other Business Managers

Has goals associated with existing customer retention and the overall Business Management Group sales targets

Collaborate with customers to develop, distribute, and track production plans and schedules

Work with cross functional teams to address and resolve issues related to schedule changes, inbound raw materials, delivery schedules, and outbound finished goods

Measure and track account performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

Gather, analyze, and monitor sales and production data to track and report on results. Assist in the sales forecasting process

Run, distribute, and maintain reporting requirements for clients

Required

Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Supply chain and ERP systems experience is a plus
