Responsibilities

Provides administrative support and performs other routine clerical functions for the assigned area

Answers telephone, takes messages and answers routine questions

Monitors access to PNC facilities as appropriate; provides prompt and courteous service to visitors by directing them to the appropriate individual or area

Provides clerical support by opening and sorting mail, typing, filing and performing other routine clerical functions

May provide additional administrative support through the use of a computer and other general office equipment, maintain inventory for the area by monitoring supplies and placing orders
