Responsibilities

Compile and distribute periodic portfolio performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders

Maintain and update reporting templates and dashboards using Excel, Addepar, Orion or other analytics tools

Reconcile portfolio data across custodians, accounting systems, and investment platforms

Support the automation and streamlining of reporting processes

Collaborate with portfolio managers, client service teams, and data providers to ensure accurate reporting

Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in portfolio holdings, transactions, and valuations

Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and investment reviews

Participate in ad hoc projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Demonstrate curiosity and independent problem‑solving by exploring how systems and processes work, identifying challenges, and implementing tactical solutions that align with the broader organizational strategy
