Responsibilities

Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks
Prepare and process monthly invoicing
Keep customer information current and accurate
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance
Order and maintain office supplies as needed
Ensure financial data accuracy and confidentiality
Oversee HR-related tasks, including health plan administration and PTO tracking

Required
