Bilingual Recruiter

They are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to lead the charge in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across all departments within the organization.

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for a wide variety of roles across departments
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Source active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both skillset and cultural fit
Coordinate interview processes, communicate with candidates, and maintain a top-notch candidate experience
Track and report recruitment metrics, hiring KPIs, and progress toward hiring goals
Represent the company at career fairs, community events, and networking functions
Ensure recruitment practices comply with all applicable laws and promote diversity and inclusion
Collaborate with marketing and content teams on employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Stay on top of hiring trends and talent market insights
Handle high-volume hiring needs with urgency, professionalism, and creativity
Qualification
Required
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Proven track record of hiring across diverse job functions (sales, marketing, admin, creative, HR, etc.)
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions at once without dropping the ball
Positive, energetic, and highly driven with a team-first mindset
Tech-savvy – comfortable using ATS platforms, social media, and recruitment tools
Ability to Commute: Irvine, CA 92614 (Required)
Work Location: In person
Preferred
Experience recruiting for the insurance industry or similar regulated environments
Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing
Strong understanding of cultural nuance and bilingual recruitment strategies
Experience in high-volume hiring and startup-like environments
Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
