Responsibilities
NAV & Financial Review: Review monthly and quarterly NAV workbooks and investor statements to ensure GAAP and transactional accuracy
Financial Statements & SEC Reporting: Review quarterly and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP and Lux GAAP, including support for registrant reporting and SEC filings (10-Q and 10-K)
Investor Activity & Allocations: Reconcile investor subscriptions, redemptions, capital activity, and ownership allocations
Fees & Performance Calculations: Compute and review management fees, performance fees, servicing fees, and profit and loss allocations
Audit & Collaboration: Partner with investment, legal, compliance, and audit teams to support deal activity, regulatory filings, and quarterly and year-end audits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Active CPA license
3-5 years of private fund or public accounting experience with hands-on exposure to private equity fund structures
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K)
Advanced Excel skills
Detail-oriented, quality-focused professional
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sound judgment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Exposure to Workiva or Lux GAAP
