Responsibilities
Setting up program mechanisms to drive alignment of the program and goal delivery with the delivery across 10+ contributing teams
Holding leaders across product and engineering accountable for their deliverables at the quality and timelines expected by our customers
Looking around corners to identify risks, tradeoffs and propose mitigations. Drive these decisions and the decision making process to be fast, simple and lowest friction
Delivering communication about program direction, status and future that is simple, precise and actionable to various levels of senior leaders, internal customers as well as engineers delivering on the program
You will lead delivery of cross-organizational and highly ambitious outcomes
You will own the roadmap planning, prioritization, and communication with stakeholders
You will work with cross functional leaders in a diverse organization learning from them, influencing them and bringing them together to align on a single, well-articulate path forward
You will identify obstacles and define strategies to mitigate the risks and be central in making high-judgement tradeoff decisions

Qualification
Required
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred
8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
