Perform design studies (stack-up, mechanical calculations)
Deliver 3D models and drawings using CATIA / UG NX
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams
Contribute to design tools, methods, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of CAD design experience
Battery pack design & manufacturing knowledge
CATIA or UG NX proficiency
GD&T, stack-up analysis, ISO standards
Experience with plastic & metallic parts, thermal management
