Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and develop staff including career development planning and performance feedback

Lead the project management team to achieve productivity, quality, and organizational goals

Oversee project teams, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and quality standards

Facilitate coordination of internal resources and third-party vendors where necessary

Continuously refine and implement project delivery methodologies and process improvements

Monitor and report on project deliverables, internal KPIs, and billable hour utilization to ensure targets are met

Coordinate with Customer Success for account transitions

Serve as the primary escalation point for PM-led projects, proactively identifying and addressing customer escalation and project risks (budget, timeline, functionality)

Coordinate project management resources assignment across all active projects

Oversee hiring and new employee onboarding for the project management team

Enforce standards from project inception to project closure and handoff to support
