Acorn Stairlifts, Inc. is the world’s largest independent manufacturer and supplier of stairlifts, committed to improving customer mobility and independence. They are seeking an Annual Service Agreements Renewal Agent to drive revenue through outbound sales calls and provide exceptional customer service to existing stairlift owners.

Responsibilities
Drive revenue by making a high volume of outbound calls to existing stairlift owners to promote the value of an annual service agreement
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls—listening, identifying customer needs, and converting opportunities into sales
Deliver a positive and empathetic customer experience that builds trust and supports long-term relationships
Accurately document all interactions, update customer information, and ensure correct follow-up actions and dispositions
Partner with the Service department when customers report breakdowns or require maintenance
Consistently meet or exceed established sales metrics, including conversion rates, call volume, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of related sales or call center experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals in a high-volume contact environment
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
Strong attention to detail while navigating computer systems and documenting updates accurately
Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and maintain resilience while working toward measurable results
Proficiency with web-based platforms and email applications such as Microsoft Outlook
