Responsibilities
Review, implement, and maintain client fee arrangements, AFAs, and negotiated rates in systems like Aderant, Elite 3E, or similar
Analyze historical billing, profitability, and matter data to guide pricing decisions and identify trends
Support RFPs, RFIs, and rate negotiations, including drafting proposals and fee structures
Ensure compliance with Outside Counsel Guidelines and firm billing policies
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and models to track engagement performance, forecasts, and realization metrics
Partner with attorneys, finance managers, and firm leadership to implement pricing strategies that balance client value and firm profitability
Qualification
Required
2+ years in law firm pricing, revenue operations, or legal finance
Hands-on experience with legal finance systems (Aderant, Elite 3E, or similar)
Strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with Power Query, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
Ability to communicate complex financial insights to partners and cross-functional teams
