Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including:
Breach of contract
Breach of fiduciary duty
Business and partnership disputes
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on case strategy
Qualification
Required
3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
Strong background in breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and business dispute matters
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
