Frisenda Architects is a design-driven architecture studio based in the Hudson Valley, working across residential, cultural, educational, and athletic projects. They are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their growing studio and lead projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

Lead projects through all phases, from initial client meetings through construction

Develop and coordinate design concepts, technical solutions, and construction documents

Manage schedules, budgets, and internal staffing

Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors

Coordinate zoning, planning, and building department submissions

Participate in construction administration, including site visits, submittals, RFIs, and OAC meetings

Mentor junior staff and guide production workflows

Qualification
