Responsibilities

Track and monitor project progress, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks and communicating it to the appropriate campaign manager
Escalates issues and resolves project roadblocks to ensure deadlines are met
Manage and maintain project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of deadlines/issues
Manages projects with budgetary guidelines
Oversee the scheduling/routing of all materials, from initial request to delivery
Primary liaison between campaign team and internal departments including but not limited to creative, digital, social, communications
Build key partnerships and relationships across the company
Communicate creative feedback between project owners to the design and copy teams or legal– confirming revisions were implemented
Lead brief meetings if the campaign manager is unavailable
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Task allocation: Distribute job assignments within Workfront and monitor progress
Serves as true partner to clients by learning their business to achieve successful results with campaigns

Required

Bachelor's degree, in the communications, advertising, marketing industry
Strong project management experience
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Account Management experience
Budget experience
Proficiency with project management software (Workfront)
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Suite
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to find solutions quickly
Collaborative mindset with high diplomatic skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Assertive and results oriented using good judgement
Can effectively lead projects to completion and summarize outcomes and next step action plans
Work on-site 32 hours per week at global headquarters 8 hours remote on Fridays
Assignment commitment for up to 18 months

Preferred

Experience in marketing/advertising/public relations, a plus
Creative Advertising Agency/Marketing background, a plus
