Responsibilities
Oversee multiple products including Work Opportunity Tax Credits and tax consulting commercialization
Focus on strategy, product alignment, market intelligence, insight, regulatory considerations, and cross-functional consistency
Contributor to broader EES strategy, ensuring the Tax Credits roadmap supports enterprise objectives
Drive both internal and external evangelism, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion opportunities, including M&A exploration
Manage and develop Product Managers and Product Owners, encouraging performance and a culture of accountability
Hire, coach, mentor, and performance management across the product organization
Be the bridge between product teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and cross-functional effectiveness
Build a team that is bold, innovative, collaborative, and push boundaries in the Tax Credits space
You will report to the VP of Product Management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of product management or related experience building software products and platforms
5+ years of experience in employer services, with expertise and understanding of the competitive landscape in Tax Credits & Incentives or WOTC
Employer Services background with a focus on operations, client success, compliance products and product management
Experience leading, influencing and building consensus across diverse stakeholders and teams
Promoting strategy and communicating product roadmaps to audiences at all organizational levels
Experience managing initiatives from concept to execution with minimal structure
Demonstrated success in client engagement, industry evangelism, partner collaboration, and external thought leadership
