Content Creation Specialist

Keyholder Vacations is a fast-growing company that provides services to Disney Vacation Club members. The Content Creation Specialist supports the Marketing team by capturing and creating social media content while managing brand visibility across various platforms.

Travel Arrangements

Responsibilities

Capture short form video and photo content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X across multiple Keyholder Vacations brands
Schedule and publish social media content using established content calendars and social media management tools
Support the daily management of multiple brand social media accounts, including monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages while ensuring content aligns with brand voice and platform best practices
Assist with basic graphic creation and marketing assets for social media, blogs, email, and promotions using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Perform light video editing and content repurposing for various platforms
Organize and maintain content libraries for ongoing and future use
Collaborate with the Marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
Plan and capture video and images onsite regularly to keep content libraries up to date. Plus, attend events, resort stays, or special experiences as needed
Contribute to content writing for captions, short form copy, or blogs when applicable
Perform additional duties as assigned based on evolving business needs

Required

High school diploma required
Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
Comfortable being on camera and capturing content in real time
Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities
Local to Orlando with the ability to travel on property (Disney World / Universal Orlando) weekly (approx. 4-8 hours) to capture content

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred but not required
Basic experience with design or editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms preferred
Knowledge of Disney Parks & Resorts, Disney Vacation Club, Universal Parks & Resorts, and Cruise travel strongly preferred
