Responsibilities

Build the foundational knowledge base and mapping of agency to DoorDash advertiser/prospect relationships
Develop the infrastructure for long-term partnerships and ideate/execute scaled initiatives with agencies across our ads offering and beyond
Establish and grow relationships with the largest Agency Holding Companies and key Independent Agencies across the US
Educate, empower and enable team members across all levels of agency organizations
Execute against agency agreement pillars with support from the Agency Sales Lead, Head of New Ventures, and Agency Strategy & Operations
Serve as a primary voice of the media agency landscape within DoorDash, informing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies, and ultimately ensuring we build for agency needs now and in the future
Indirectly accelerate brand-specific advertiser growth through and in partnership with agency stakeholders

Required

You have a first-hand understanding of the advertising agency landscape and operating model, as well as subject matter expertise in the digital ads/ecommerce/retail media space

You think both analytically and creatively, and are excellent at balancing quantitative and qualitative business needs
Your bias for action creates impact in the short-term, yet your strategic mindset enables a long-range vision that inspires those around you
You are a master of stakeholder relationship management with excellent communication
You are entrepreneurial at the core
