Responsibilities
Conduct routine laboratory testing for in-process and final product analysis
Monitor, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments
Document and communicate test results accurately in databases and to team members
Follow proper safety protocols, attend safety meetings, and ensure workstations function correctly
Assist in evaluating and interpreting complex data, identifying atypical results, and consulting senior staff when needed
Maintain laboratory inventory, place orders, and verify receipt of supplies
Handle clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support tasks under minimal supervision, escalating only complex issues
Support trials and experiments under direction of senior team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, secondary education, or equivalent
4+ years of related work experience
Working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and ISO 17025 standards
Must complete background check and drug test
In-person interviews required
Preferred
1+ years of experience in a laboratory or food manufacturing environment
Associate's degree with coursework in laboratory sciences or related field
