Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 3-5 plumbing service technicians

Oversee daily field operations to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Train and develop technicians to meet performance, service, and sales goals

Provide technical guidance on a wide range of plumbing services and installations

Drive sales results by setting goals, tracking KPIs, and motivating your team

Partner with management to identify operational improvements and growth opportunities

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Maintain a flexible schedule to support technicians and customer needs

Required

2+ years of experience managing a team of 3-5 plumbing service technicians

Valid driver's license with minimal DMV infractions

Comfortable with all aspects of plumbing service, including: Water heater repairs & installations, Clogged drains (must know how to use all cable machines and sewer camera equipment), Pipe repairs and garbage disposals, Toilet, sink, and faucet replacement & repairs, Crawl space & under-home repairs, Excavation and sewer mainline repairs

Flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients and the team

Ability to obtain a CSLB 'Home Improvement Salesperson' license

Strong leadership, communication, and sales abilities

Motivational mindset and ability to develop a high-performing team

Authorization to work in the U.S
