Responsibilities

Proactively collaborate with other operations teams to ensure operational efficiency is maintained and consistently improved from an IT standpoint

Develop and manage comprehensive IAM strategies and workflows

Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance, uptime, and security

Manage system updates, patches, and software installations to keep systems secure and up to date

Implement and operate role-based access control (RBAC) across systems

Ensure high availability and reliability of critical infrastructure

Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference

Manage server and storage clusters in distributed computing environments

Operate and improve MDM configuration and usability
