Office Assistant
Benchmark Human Services is a national leader in providing programs to individuals with disabilities and mental illness. They are seeking an Office Assistant to assist the HR Generalist and Area Director with employee relations, compliance, and training coordination.

Responsibilities
Assist HR Generalist with HR related responsibilities including data entry of Expirations, running Expiration reports, contacting employees to sign up for trainings and turn in required compliance documents, and communicating Expirations to leadership team via email on a weekly basis
Coordinate and ensure high quality Individual Specific Competency-based Training for all new hires
Develop system for mentoring and supporting for new hires during their first 6 months of employment
Coordinate ongoing efforts that support, develop, and encourage staff in ways that create positive workplace environments and improve staff retention and development
Monitor and coordinate staff compliance with Benchmark policies, expirations, required Paylocity trainings, and required annual trainings
Work in cooperation with Program Coordinators to identify address performance roadblocks for SLS, TLs and DSPs
Develop trainer level knowledge of Paylocity
Maintain medication administration certification, CPR 1st Aid and Mandt Systems Training
Share in teaching rotation for Day 3 Orientation
Handles confidential information with discretion
Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation
Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals
Report to work as scheduled
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Reliable transportation
Valid auto insurance and driver's license
High school diploma or GED
Experience in reception and/or office duties
Willing to split locations between Lima and St Marys office
