Draft, review, and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and loan documents
Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings
Represent borrowers, lenders, developers, and investors
Conduct diligence, title/survey review, and zoning analysis
Lead or support deal closings in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school + active U.S. bar membership
3–8+ years of experience in real estate transactions, finance, or leasing for Associate, Counsel | 8+ Years for Partner
Experience working with institutional lenders, developers, or private equity firms
Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and deal execution skills
Partners - Portable book of business required
