Responsibilities
Independently manage a diverse family law caseload
Handle matters related to divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and related filings
Conduct negotiations, mediations, and court appearances as needed
Maintain strong client relationships and communication
Collaborate with internal administrative and litigation support when needed
Qualification
Required
7+ years of family law experience
Active Virginia Bar license
Strong litigation and negotiation experience in family law matters
Ability to operate independently with limited supervision
Clear and empathetic client communication and advocacy skills
Must reside in Northern Virginia
Benefits
Quarterly bonus for every 350 collected hours
50% collection share for any hours billed and collected above 1400 annually
