Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end ops flow for multiple events simultaneously. You’ll be the point person for prioritizing urgent issues and maintaining on-brand verbal and written communication with clients
Partner with engineering to translate customer feedback into product requirements (Linear/Jira). You will turn "tribal knowledge" into playbooks, onboarding docs, and templates that anyone can use
Continuously identify what should be simplified, automated, or eliminated. You’ll be building the systems that the rest of the company will eventually run
Qualification
Required
Experience in operations management, particularly in event planning or related fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in translating customer feedback into actionable product requirements
Proficiency in using project management tools such as Linear or Jira
Ability to create and maintain documentation such as playbooks and onboarding materials
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex workflows
