Inside Sales Representative
Corps Team is seeking an Inside Sales Representative responsible for generating new business nationally in the medical device sector. The role involves nurturing leads and conducting product demonstrations to healthcare professionals while managing existing accounts.
Responsibilities
Generating new business nationally
Hunt for and nurture new leads
Land new product evaluations at healthcare facilities
Conducting virtual demonstrations and presentations of the products to decision makers, surgeons, nurses, etc
Building strong relationships along the way
Work with administration (purchasing, materials management, supply chain) and clinical staff (surgeons, nurses, technologists)
Responsible for optimal account management upon conversion
Work closely with management and other sales team members
Communicating updates and collaborating to meet EOY goals
Qualification
Required
1-5+ years' experience in a medical device sales or technical sales role specifically for Surgical or Operating Room products
Sales hunter with ability to develop, close, and maintain relationship with account
Highly motivated and results driven/focused
Able to generate leads and close new accounts
Self-starter/independent, goal-oriented
Good communicator (both written and verbal)
Ability to educate clinical staff with high levels of engagement
Interested in growing into a leadership role with the growth of the company
Cold calling/Sales
Customer Service
CRM - HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
Organized with attention to detail
Professionalism
Preferred
Prefer having worked for new businesses or new product lines with proof of success
