Loan Servicing Specialist
Talent Table is a global leader in financial services and digital payments, and they are seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support a high-growth business financing team at a leading fintech organization. In this role, you’ll provide critical servicing support, help manage loan workflows, and ensure compliance standards are met while working remotely in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Provide support and risk mitigation for small business financing products
Manage high-volume service queues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of tasks
Triage and escalate issues based on the customer’s loan lifecycle stage
Identify and report bugs or feature issues to cross-functional teams
Maintain knowledge of and adherence to BSA/AML policies; complete required training
Work effectively in a remote environment using tools like Slack and Zoom
Collaborate with internal teams to improve servicing workflows and customer experience
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience in loan servicing, lending support, or banking operations
Familiarity with BSA/AML compliance and risk mitigation practices
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proven time-management skills and ability to work independently
Experience in customer-facing roles
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-evolving environment
